📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily retail operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor store managers and staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement operational plans.
• Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
