🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in care coordination or a related role in healthcare.
• Certification in Care Coordination or a related field (e.g., Certified Care Coordinator, CAC).
• Proven experience with EHR systems and patient portals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers.
