📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our IT network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of our IT systems.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Provide technical support to staff and students, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT network and infrastructure management.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT management tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
