In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to implement and maintain our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) using SAP SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for data management, system configuration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 12,000,000 - Rp 20,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement and maintain SAP SuccessFactors HRIS
- Manage and clean HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Configure and customize HR modules to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
- Provide training and support to HR team members on HRIS usage
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and workflows
- Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends and best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in HRIS or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws in Indonesia
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
