📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and maintain efficient food preparation and delivery processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage inventory and budget to optimize costs and profitability.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a restaurant or similar business.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with POS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Certification in restaurant management or a similar field is a plus.
