📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and improve collection processes to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and improving collection processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
