📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee compliance activities and ensure regulatory adherence in distribution channels.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance issues.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for distribution operations.
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance indicators.
• Provide guidance and support to distribution team members on compliance-related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance initiatives.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software such as SAP GRC or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
