📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the hospital's pharmacy operations, including medication ordering, inventory control, and dispensing.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by verifying prescriptions, preparing medications, and providing patient education.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide expert pharmaceutical advice and support.
- Monitor medication therapy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Conduct medication reconciliation and perform medication audits to maintain accuracy and safety.
- Provide pharmaceutical care to inpatients and outpatients, including IV therapy and medication administration.
- Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical developments and best practices to enhance patient care.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize pharmacy operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
- Certification as a Registered Pharmacist (Apoteker) from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA).
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as Medisoft, Cerner, or Epic.
- Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
