📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces are meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
• Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Utilize Housekeeping Management System (HMS) and Cleaning Checklist App to track and manage housekeeping tasks, inventory, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and drive innovation.
• Promote and uphold the hotel's values of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in shift meetings and cross-departmental initiatives to support the overall success of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a strong background in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Housekeeping Management System (HMS) and other relevant software tools is a plus.
• Valid Housekeeping Supervisor Certification or equivalent industry certification is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs.
