📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Manage financial reporting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with the finance team, management, and stakeholders to drive financial performance and growth.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
• Manage the budgeting process, including preparing and monitoring the budget, and ensuring adherence to budgetary targets.
• Provide financial advice and support to the business units, helping them make informed financial decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
