📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve our company's operations
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals
  • Monitoring team performance and providing feedback
  • Managing team schedules and ensuring that all team members are available when needed
  • Resolving conflicts within the team
  • Ensuring that all team members are following company policies and procedures

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to travel as needed
