📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Supervise and train a team of employees to maintain high standards of customer service and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance and sales to senior management.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar management role within the laundry or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
