📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is well-organized and presented.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Leader or similar role in retail management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
