📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Inspect and test construction materials and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, issues, and recommendations.
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety and quality improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
