📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and manage interviews and assessments.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and video interview platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
