📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse staff and drivers to ensure that all logistics processes are running smoothly.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve the efficiency of our supply chain.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that our logistics operations are aligned with our overall business goals.,Analyze and report on logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all logistics operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Train and develop warehouse staff and drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics and supply chain management.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
