📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the company's high standards of service and quality.,Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards in accordance with local regulations.,Collaborate with the company's other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for food safety and quality.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
