📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and well-stocked restaurant.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are able to provide excellent service to customers.,Monitor food and beverage costs and ensure that they are controlled and within budget.,Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with staff at all levels.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.,Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
