• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source and screen candidates for various job openings.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on recruitment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Maintain and update job postings and recruitment materials.
• Provide feedback and support to the hiring team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
