📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.,Monitor and maintain operational standards and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with operational software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
