📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient care and staff performance.,Educate and mentor junior nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.,Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to share best practices and address any issues.,Ensure the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practices, such as Critical Care or Emergency Nursing.,Proven track record of successful patient care management and staff supervision.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic health records systems.,Valid nursing license and any other relevant certifications.
