Hotel Nanda Computer is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales and revenue growth by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.,Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their business needs and provide support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.,Monitor client performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or technology industry.,Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.
