PT Putra Mega Group is looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and health of our employees and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management and a passion for creating a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Monitor and manage environmental impact assessments and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update HSE documentation, including incident reports, training records, and safety data sheets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.,Ensure that all HSE activities are documented and reported in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE management or a related field.,Certification in HSE management (e.g., OSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HSE software.,Familiarity with environmental impact assessment and management is a plus.
