Star Sky Mandiri is seeking a motivated Deputy Purchasing Staff to join our team in Balikpapan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and a keen eye for detail. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department in various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient procurement processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
