Berkah Budi Coffee is looking for a dedicated and efficient Cashier Staff to join our team. As a Cashier Staff, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at our coffee shop. If you are passionate about coffee and have excellent communication skills, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere,Ensure the accuracy of cash and inventory records,Assist in managing the coffee shop during peak hours,Follow company policies and procedures,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Report any issues or concerns to the manager,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of basic arithmetic and financial transactions,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with coffee and coffee shop operations is a plus,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Ability to work well under pressure
