📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, goals, and improvements.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
