📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, performance, and other relevant information.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
