📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality and consistent food.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts.,Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures where possible.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes are carried out efficiently and safely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a premium culinary environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lead and mentor junior staff effectively.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate.
