Tech Bloom Lestari is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that sales targets are met.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple stores and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
