📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Develop and implement kitchen schedules and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and food costs.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and recipes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen supplies and equipment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
