📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese suppliers to secure high-quality printing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Manage the procurement process, including ordering, tracking, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
• Provide bilingual support for supplier communications and negotiations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK level 5 or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Chinese market trends and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to China for business.
