📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the villa is immaculately clean and well-maintained, adhering to luxury hospitality standards.
• Provide exceptional housekeeping services, including daily cleaning, laundry, and linen management.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the villa's common areas, ensuring they are always presentable.
• Manage inventory and restock necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide concierge services, including arranging transportation, reservations, and other guest requests.
• Ensure the security and safety of the villa and its guests, implementing and enforcing security protocols.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of events and activities within the villa.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, respecting the privacy of our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality software and tools, such as Housekeeping Management Systems (HMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
