📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and sales.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers to ensure high levels of customer service and sales targets are met.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in retail.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
