📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise the cashier team to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and securely.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Monitor cash levels and ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Train and develop new cashiers to ensure high standards of service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Valid ID and clean criminal record.
