New Cloud Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and general HR administrative tasks. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to the overall success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance reviews.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues related to workplace conduct.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating team-building activities and events.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll-related documents and information.,Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
