📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide immediate and effective care to patients in the emergency department, including triage, assessment, and treatment.
• Utilize advanced medical technology such as EKG machines, X-ray, and CT scanners to diagnose and treat patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and provide continuous care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest medical practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room Nursing.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Indonesian Nursing Board (BAN).
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
