📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the training and development of sales staff.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
